Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the damages or defect.

Refunds

If you have received a damaged/defective item, and have notified us about the item, we will contact you via email. If your refund has been approved, we will notify you via email and your refund will be processed within a few days, and a credit will be applied to your bank or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for any delays on the bank’s end.
